REPORTING PAYMENTS MADE TO WITNESSES BEFORE COMMITTEE ON STANDARDS OF OFFICIAL CONDUCTPub. L. 105–275, title I, §105, Oct. 21, 1998, 112 Stat. 2439, which related to reporting payments made to witnesses before Committee on Standards of Official Conduct, was editorially reclassified as section 4713 of this title.
