Section 521, Pub. L. 91–518, title II, §201, Oct. 30, 1970, 84 Stat. 1329, authorized report designating routes and basic service on intercity passenger system.
Section 522, Pub. L. 91–518, title II, §202, Oct. 30, 1970, 84 Stat. 1329, directed review of preliminary report of Secretary designating the basic system.
