EIGHTEEN-YEAR-OLD VOTING AGE - 42 U.S.C. § 1973bb-1 (2012)
§1973bb–1. “State” defined
As used in this subchapter, the term “State” includes the District of Columbia.

Amendments1975—Pub. L. 94–73 substituted definition of State for provisions prohibiting denial of right to vote because of age.
