Section, act Oct. 29, 1941, ch. 462, 55 Stat. 756, authorized admission to Saint Elizabeths Hospital of Foreign Service personnel adjudged insane in a foreign country. See section 321 et seq. of this title.
Effective Date of RepealPub. L. 86–571, §10, July 5, 1960, 74 Stat. 310, provided that the repeal of this section and section 196a of this title is effective upon the date of enactment of legislation appropriating funds for carrying out section 321 et seq. of this title.
