NATIONAL LANDSCAPE CONSERVATION SYSTEM - 16 U.S.C. § 7201 (2012)
§7201. Definitions

In this chapter:

(1) Secretary

The term “Secretary” means the Secretary of the Interior.

(2) System

The term “system” means the National Landscape Conservation System established by section 7202(a) of this title.
