SOUTHWEST FOREST HEALTH AND WILDFIRE PREVENTION - 16 U.S.C. § 6707 (2012)
§6707. Authorization of appropriations (a) In general
There is authorized to be appropriated to carry out this chapter $15,000,000 for each fiscal year.
(b) LimitationNo funds made available under subsection (a) shall be used to pay the costs of constructing any facilities.
