EMERGENCY LOAN GUARANTEES TO BUSINESS ENTERPRISES - 15 U.S.C. § 1847 (2012)
§1847. Maximum obligation
The maximum obligation of the Board under all outstanding loans guaranteed by it shall not exceed at any time $250,000,000.
