§178l. Rules and regulations
The Secretaries may issue rules and regulations necessary to effectuate the purposes of this subchapter.

Amendments1984—Pub. L. 98–284 substituted “The Secretaries” for “The Secretary of Agriculture and the Secretary of Commerce”.
