7 USC § 51 (2011)
§51. Short title
This chapter shall be known by the short title of “United States Cotton Standards Act.”

Effective DateSection 14 of act Mar. 4, 1923, provided: “That this Act [enacting this chapter] shall become effective on and after Aug. 1, 1923.”
