(1) MuseumThe term “Museum” means the museum operated by the Secretary of Energy and located at 300 South Tulane Avenue in Oak Ridge, Tennessee.
(2) SecretaryThe term “Secretary” means the Secretary of Energy or a designated representative of the Secretary.
