Section, Pub. L. 88–164, title IV, §402, Oct. 31, 1963, 77 Stat. 297; Pub. L. 89–105, §2(a), Aug. 4, 1965, 79 Stat. 427, provided for State standards for variable Federal share of cost.
Effective Date of RepealSection 104 of Pub. L. 91–211 provided that the repeal by that section is effective with respect to projects under subchapter II of this chapter or part A of subchapter III of this chapter approved after June 30, 1970.
