Section 247, statements: verification, preservation, and inspection; and
Section 248, limitation upon amount of expenditures by candidate.

Effective Date of RepealRepeal effective 60 days after Feb. 7, 1972, see section 408 of Pub. L. 92–225, set out as an Effective Date note under section 431 of this title.
