Section, Pub. L. 111–118, div. A, title VIII, §8104, Dec. 19, 2009, 123 Stat. 3451, required the Director of National Intelligence annually to submit a future-years intelligence program (including associated annexes) reflecting estimated expenditures and proposed appropriations. See section 415a–9 of this title.
