There are authorized to be appropriated to the United States Anti-Doping Agency—
(1) for fiscal year 2007, ,700,000;
(2) for fiscal year 2008, ,300,000;
(3) for fiscal year 2009, ,600,000;
(4) for fiscal year 2010, ,000,000; and
(5) for fiscal year 2011, ,500,000.
