§377. Penalties
Whoever violates any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be fined not more than ,000, or imprisoned not more than 6 months, or both.

Amendments1955—Act Aug. 9, 1955, substituted “any provision of this chapter” for “the provisions of this chapter”.
