§167a. Public use of Library of Congress grounds
Public travel in and occupancy of the Library of Congress grounds is restricted to the sidewalks and other paved surfaces.

Repeal of SectionPub. L. 110–161, div. H, title I, §1004(d)(2)(B), (4), Dec. 26, 2007, 121 Stat. 2234, and Pub. L. 110–178, §4(b)(2), (d), Jan. 7, 2008, 121 Stat. 2552, provided that, effective Oct. 1, 2009, this section is repealed.
Effective Date of RepealRepeal effective Oct. 1, 2009, see section 1004(d)(4) of title I of div. H of Pub. L. 110–161, and section 4(d) of Pub. L. 110–178, set out as notes under section 167 of this title.
