§1711. Authorization of appropriations
There are authorized to be appropriated to carry out this chapter, to remain available until expended, such sums as may be necessary for each of fiscal years 1999 through 2003.

AppropriationsProvisions appropriating funds to carry out activities authorized by the Office of National Drug Control Policy Reauthorization Act of 1998, which enacted this chapter, notwithstanding section 1712 of this title, were contained in the following appropriation acts:
