§1301. Establishment
There is established a commission to be known as the President's Media Commission on Alcohol and Drug Abuse Prevention (hereinafter in this chapter referred to as the “Commission”).

Short TitleSection 8001 of title VIII of Pub. L. 99–570 provided that: “This title [enacting this chapter] may be cited as the ‘President's Media Commission on Alcohol and Drug Abuse Prevention Act’.”
