§6a–4. Director of the Congressional Budget Office, exception from advertisement requirements (a) Exception
The Director of the Congressional Budget Office may enter into agreements or contracts without regard to section 5 of this title.
(b) Effective DateThis section shall apply to fiscal year 2003 and each fiscal year thereafter.
