§1803. Authorization of appropriations
There are authorized to be appropriated to the Secretary for the purposes of carrying out the provisions of this chapter, not to exceed the following sums:
(1) 7,000,000 for fiscal year 1996;
(2) 1,000,000 for fiscal year 1997;
(3) 5,000,000 for fiscal year 1998; and
(4) 9,000,000 for fiscal year 1999.
