§11805. Authorization of appropriations
To carry out this subchapter, there are authorized to be appropriated ,000,000 for fiscal year 1992 and such sums as may be necessary for fiscal years 1993 and 1994.

Amendments1991—Pub. L. 102–132 substituted “,000,000 for fiscal year 1992 and such sums as may be necessary for fiscal years 1993 and 1994” for “,000,000 for the fiscal year 1989 and such sums as may be necessary for each of the fiscal years 1990 and 1991”.
