§715e. Penalties for violation of chapter

Any person knowingly violating any provision of this chapter or any regulation prescribed thereunder shall upon conviction be punished by a fine of not to exceed ,000 or by imprisonment for not to exceed six months, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
