§4705. Definitions
In this subchapter:
(1) Japanese marketsThe term “Japanese markets” refers to markets, including markets in the United States and Japan, where automotive parts and accessories, both original equipment and aftermarket, are purchased for use in the manufacture or repair of Japanese automobiles.
(2) Japanese and other Asian marketsThe term “Japanese and other Asian markets” refers to markets, including markets in the United States, Japan, and other Asian countries, where automotive parts and accessories, both original equipment and aftermarket, are purchased for use in the manufacture or repair of Japanese, United States, or other Asian automobiles.
