§2033. Territory of American Samoa
Effective October 1, 1995, from amounts made available to carry out this chapter, the Secretary shall pay to the Territory of American Samoa not more than ,300,000 for each of fiscal years 1996 through 2002 to finance 100 percent of the expenditures for the fiscal year for a nutrition assistance program extended under section 1469d(c) of title 48.
