§6302. Authorization of appropriations (a) Local educational agency grants

For the purpose of carrying out part A of this subchapter, other than section 6321(e) of this title, there are authorized to be appropriated ,400,000,000 for fiscal year 1995 and such sums as may be necessary for each of the four succeeding fiscal years.

(b) Even Start

For the purpose of carrying out part B of this subchapter, there are authorized to be appropriated 0,000,000 for fiscal year 2001 and such sums as may be necessary for each of the four succeeding fiscal years.

(c) Education of migratory children

For the purpose of carrying out part C of this subchapter, there are authorized to be appropriated 0,000,000 for fiscal year 1995 and such sums as may be necessary for each of the four succeeding fiscal years.

(d) Prevention and intervention programs for youth who are neglected, delinquent, or at risk of dropping out

For the purpose of carrying out part D of this subchapter, there are authorized to be appropriated ,000,000 for fiscal year 1995 and such sums as may be necessary for each of the four succeeding fiscal years.

(e) Capital expenses

For the purpose of carrying out section 6321(e) of this title, there are authorized to be appropriated ,434,000 for fiscal year 1995 and such sums as may be necessary for each of the four succeeding fiscal years.

(f) Additional assistance for school improvement

For the purpose of providing additional needed assistance to carry out sections 6317 and 6318 of this title, there are authorized to be appropriated such sums as may be necessary for fiscal year 1996 and each of the three succeeding fiscal years.

(g) Federal activities (1) Section 6491

For the purpose of carrying out section 6491 of this title, there are authorized to be appropriated ,000,000 for fiscal year 1995 and such sums as may be necessary for each of the four succeeding fiscal years.

(2) Sections 6492 and 6493

For the purpose of carrying out sections 6492 and 6493 1 of this title, there are authorized to be appropriated ,000,000 for fiscal year 1995 and such sums as may be necessary for each of the four succeeding fiscal years.
