§3206. Effective date and termination of duty-free treatment (a) Effective date
This chapter shall take effect on December 4, 1991.
(b) Termination of duty-free treatmentNo duty-free treatment extended to beneficiary countries under this chapter shall remain in effect 10 years after December 4, 1991.
