§422a–2. Authorization of appropriations
There are authorized to be appropriated such sums as may be necessary to carry out the purposes of section 422a–1 of this title, but not more than 3,000 shall be appropriated for the acquisition of lands and interests in lands and not more than 5,000 shall be appropriated for development.
