§11907. Reports
The Secretary shall require grantees to provide periodic reports that include the obligation and expenditure of grant funds, the progress made by the grantee in implementing the plan described in section 11904(a) of this title, and any change in the incidence of drug-related crime in projects assisted under this subchapter.

Amendments1990—Pub. L. 101–625 amended section generally. Prior to amendment, section read as follows: “Not later than June 30, 1990, the Secretary, in consultation with the Director of National Drug Control Policy, shall submit to the Congress a report setting forth the activities carried out under the program established in this subchapter. The report shall include any recommendations of the Secretary for revisions necessary to make the program more effective.”
