Harris, Meriden, Connecticut; Edward Lettick, New Haven, Connecticut; William Carmen, Brookline, Massachusetts; David Lasker, Boston, Massachusetts; Mrs. Sarah Stone, Brighton, Massachusetts; Harry D.
