§796. Membership (a) Eligibility
Any person who has been awarded the Medal of Honor is eligible for membership in the society.
(b) Honorary membershipsHonorary memberships shall not be granted.
(c) Voting rightsEach member of the corporation shall have the right to one vote either in person or by proxy on each matter submitted to a vote at all meetings of the members of the corporation.
