District of Columbia, their successors, and persons admitted to membership pursuant to the provisions of this chapter, are created and declared to be a body corporate by the name of the “National Conference of State Societies, Washington, District of Columbia”, and by such name shall be known and have perpetual succession and the powers, limitations, and restrictions contained in this chapter.
