§2313. Administrative provisions (a) In general
The Secretary shall take appropriate action to establish administrative procedures for the selection, administration, monitoring, and evaluation of displaced homemaker programs authorized under this chapter.
(b) Special ruleThe Secretary may provide, where appropriate, through grants or contracts, training and technical assistance to statewide public agencies or statewide nonprofit organizations serving displaced homemakers.
(c) ReportThe Secretary shall biennially report to the Congress on the funds and services provided to displaced homemakers and the results of any evaluations under this chapter.
