RegulationsSection 2(d) of Pub. L. 102–548, which directed Secretary of Transportation to initiate a proceeding to issue regulations and exemptions thereto to enforce this section within 180 days after Oct. 28, 1992, and to issue final regulations within 270 days after that date, was repealed and reenacted as section 5907(a) of this title by Pub. L. 103–272, §§1(d), 7(b), July 5, 1994, 108 Stat. 862, 1379.
