§795d. Reports
The Secretary of Energy shall biennially report to the Committee on Energy and Natural Resources of the Senate and the Committees on Energy and Commerce and on Natural Resources of the House of Representatives on the actions taken pursuant to this chapter by any agency. The report shall include an analysis of the costs of electric energy purchased or sold as provided in this chapter, the revenues and profits generated from such sales, and the oil and natural gas conserved as a result of any such purchases and sales. Such agencies shall cooperate with the Secretary of Energy in providing information for the purpose of such report.

Amendments1994—Pub. L. 103–437 struck out subsec. (a) designation before “The Secretary of Energy shall biennially”, substituted “Committee on Energy and Natural Resources of the Senate and the Committees on Energy and Commerce and on Natural Resources” for “Senate Committee on Energy and Natural Resources and the Committee on Interstate and Foreign Commerce and the Committee on Interior and Insular Affairs”, and struck out subsec. (b) which provided that Secretary of Energy was to conduct study to determine whether provisions of section 795a of this title should be extended to apply to electric power generated by coal-fired Federal electric generating facilities located in the United States outside of Alaska.
