§13i. Injuries to property; Supreme Court Building and grounds
It shall be unlawful to step or climb upon, remove, or in any way injure any statue, seat, wall, fountain,1 or other erection or architectural feature, or any tree, shrub, plant, or turf in the Supreme Court Building or grounds.

CodificationThe word “fountain”, appearing in text, conforms to the original text as signed into law by the President. Typographical error was made in printing the law in the Statutes-at-Large (63 Stat. 617) wherein the word appears as “foundation”.
