§4616. Exclusive right to name
The corporation shall have the sole and exclusive right to use and to authorize the use of the name “National Tropical Botanical Garden.”

Amendments1988—Pub. L. 100–539 substituted “National Tropical Botanical Garden” for “Pacific Tropical Botanical Garden”.
