§378. Prohibition against issuance of stock or business activities
The Corporation shall have no power to issue capital stock or to engage in business for pecuniary profit or gain.

Prior ProvisionsA prior section 378, act Sept. 21, 1950, ch. 975, §8, 64 Stat. 901, authorized Corporation to acquire assets and liabilities of unincorporated association known as the United States Olympic Association, prior to repeal by Pub. L. 95–606, §1(b). See section 379 of this title.
