§1235f. Administrative costs
With respect to the implementation of section 1235a 1 of this title, entities receiving a contract, cooperative agreement, or grant from the Secretary may use up to 5 percent of the amounts received under such section for the normal and customary expenses of administering the contract, cooperative agreement, or grant.

L. 103–252, title I, §121(a)(1), May 18, 1994, 108 Stat. 649, and was transferred to section 1235a of this title.
