§1989b. Short title
This title [sections 1989b to 1989b–9 of this Appendix] may be cited as the “Civil Liberties Act of 1988”.

Short Title of 1992 AmendmentPub. L. 102–371, §1, Sept. 27, 1992, 106 Stat. 1167, provided that: “This Act [amending sections 1989b–3, 1989b–4, 1989b–7, and 1989b–9 of this Appendix and enacting provisions set out as a note under section 1989b–4 of this Appendix] may be cited as the ‘Civil Liberties Act Amendments of 1992’.”
