Sec. 55.250. RESPONSIBILITIES OF BOAT OWNERS AND OPERATORS. (a) The owner or operator of a boat used as a ferry or other type of transportation shall keep the boat and boat landings in good and safe condition.
(b) The district is not liable for any negligent act or failure of duty on the part of the owner or operator of the boat.
