Sec. 46.010. COOPERATION OF TEXAS COMMISSION ON ENVIRONMENTAL QUALITY. The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality shall cooperate with the commissioners in the performance of their duties and shall furnish them any factual data and information that are available.
