Sec. 1702.384. FALSIFICATION OF CERTAIN DOCUMENTS; OFFENSE. (a) A person commits an offense if the person knowingly falsifies fingerprints or photographs submitted under Section 1702.110.

(b) An offense under this section is a felony of the third degree.
