Universal Citation: TX Fam Code § 59.011 (2023)

Sec. 59.011. DUTY OF JUVENILE BOARD. A juvenile board shall require the juvenile probation department to report progressive sanction data electronically to the Texas Juvenile Justice Department in the format and time frames specified by the Texas Juvenile Justice Department.
