Sec. 95.23. LOCAL COMMITTEES OF BOARD. At least once a year each local committee of the board shall meet on the campus of the institution for which the local committee is responsible for reporting to the board. At the meeting, the local committee shall confer with the institution's officials and carefully examine all phases of the operations of the institution.
