Section 46.012. Rulemaking Authority
Universal Citation: TX Agric Code § 46.012 (2023)
Sec. 46.012. RULEMAKING AUTHORITY. The department shall adopt rules to administer this chapter including rules for the use of the "Go Texan" logo.
