Sec. 41.032. SUBSEQUENT BOARD ELECTIONS. A commodity producers board shall conduct biennial elections for the purpose of electing members to the board. The board shall give notice and hold the election in accordance with the applicable provisions of this subchapter relating to the initial election and, to the extent necessary, in accordance with the rules of the commissioner.
