Chapter 3 - Water Control and Preservation Districts
Article 7821. Notice of Election

Notice of such election stating the time and place of holding the same shall be given by the county clerk by posting or causing to be posted notices thereof in four public places in such district and one at the courthouse door, for thirty days prior to the election. Said notice shall also contain the proposition to be voted on and the purpose for which said bonds are to be issued and the amount of such bonds, and shall contain a copy of the election order.
