Section 201.055. Issue of Void or Voidable Marriage

Sec. 201.055. ISSUE OF VOID OR VOIDABLE MARRIAGE. The issue of a marriage declared void or voided by annulment shall be treated in the same manner as the issue of a valid marriage.
