Section 129A.004. Inapplicability

Sec. 129A.004. INAPPLICABILITY. (a) An action filed under this chapter may not be joined with an action filed under Title 1, 4, or 5, Family Code.
(b) Chapter 27 does not apply to an action under this chapter.
