Sec. 2601.001. SUPERVISION, LIQUIDATION, REHABILITATION,
REORGANIZATION, OR CONSERVATION OF TITLE INSURANCE COMPANIES AND
AGENTS. Each title insurance agent and title insurance company
is subject to Chapters 441 and 443.
